Dynamic Physical Therapy is proud to have one of the most experienced and qualified staffs in the Front Range. This is foundational to our practice. Our people have substantial experience in a broad range of treatment options to meet virtually any patient need. Beyond this, we have a strong commitment to continuing education to ensure that our staff is well versed on the most modern Physical Therapy techniques and treatment programs.
We understand that the quality of our patients’ lives is dependent on the quality of the services we provide. Because of this, our commitment to service, innovation, and clinical excellence is paramount in our practice. Our staff is both professional and caring, with many of our therapists holding advanced degrees and specialist certifications.
Eddie Yassa, PT, DNT, SMT, President
Eddie Yassa has been practicing Physical Therapy for nearly 30 years. He is a graduate of the Cairo University, Faculty of Medicine, School of Physical Therapy. Eddie is known for his exceptional capability in treating challenging cases that have not responded to previous therapy practices and techniques. Prior to founding Dynamic Physical Therapy, Eddie owned and operated a large and very successful Physical Therapy practice in Los Angeles, California. In that practice, he established his reputation as a top-tier quality Physical Therapist, and, as a result, treated many of the more famous and influential people in the media and entertainment industry.
In 2005, Eddie sold his practice in Los Angeles and moved to Colorado Springs where he founded Dynamic Physical Therapy. Eddie holds a number of advanced certificates and is continually improving and expanding his experience in his practice of Physical Therapy. He is certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling, Joint Mobilization and Manual Therapy, Cold Laser Therapy, Aquatic Therapy, Graston Technique, Hand Therapy, and other advanced techniques that enable him to establish therapy regimens that are specifically tailored to the patient’s specific needs. Eddie and his wife Monna have been married for 23 years and work together in the practice. Eddie loves his family, his dog Brownie, playing soccer, and to travel.
Carrie Lyne Mathiesen, PT, DPT
Carrie Lyne is a physical therapist who recently graduated from the University of Findlay’s transition doctorate program after 15 years as a Physical Therapist Assistant. In addition, she holds a double Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Psychology. Carrie Lyne Relocated to the mountains of Colorado after living the majority of her life in Illinois. Carrie Lyne was inspired to persue a career in physical therapy at a young age when her brother was born with birth defects which effected his mobility as a toddler. She helped her mother nursemaid him back to health after surgery and casting for one year of his life. She finds enjoyment in the great outdoors participating in hiking, biking, and yard work. Carrie Lyne has been married for 18 years to her IT working husband and shares responsibility of 4 children of which she lives vicariously through all their sport and dance extracurricular activities.
Ashley White, PT, DPT
Ashley White graduated from West Chester University in Pennsylvania with a Bachelors of Exercise Science, then a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University. She has an extensive background in competitive sports including gymnastics, field hockey, track, and soccer. Ashley has furthered her training with courses on skilled, hands-on techniques taught by some of the world’s leading practitioners plus top-level training on lower body biomechanics, gait, and spinal and pelvis joint dysfunction. Ashley has also spent 6 months living in Saudi Arabia as a personal physical therapist to several members of the royal family. Ashley is SFMA (Selective Functional Movement Assessment) and Pilates certified. Ashley enjoys just about any physical activity outdoors and loves spending quality time with her family.
Suyasha (Sue) Pai, PT
Suyasha (Sue) Pai, is a Physical Therapist at Dynamic Physical Therapy. She is originally from India and has obtained her Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy from an acclaimed PT school in India. Before coming to Colorado, she worked in a Geriatric knee rehab facility named ‘knee club’ for a year in India where she developed special interest in treating Geriatric patients. She has been in Colorado Springs since 2007 and has worked as a PT for 2 years in Michigan in Home Care and Out Patient settings. She has participated in shoulder rehab and sports medicine workshops and is certified in dry needling, taping and few other techniques in physical therapy. She loves her patients and her main objective is to see them happy and pain free. Her hobbies include painting, dancing, singing and listening to music. Besides work she loves spending quality time with her two little boys. She loves being a Physical Therapist as she considers her work as her passion.
Mary Ann Tarby, OTR, RMT, CNPT
Mary Ann Tarby is an occupational therapist with over 25 years of experience and has practiced with 2 of the top ten rehabilitation hospitals in the county. She is also a licensed massage therapist that has been treating since 1999. Her true passion is practicing her master’s level skills of myofascial release and cranioscaral therapy. Mary specializes in the treatment of sports injuries, postural realignment, neurological disorders and orthopedic problems. Originally from Texas, she moved to Colorado in order to enjoy her other passion for hiking and the overall love for the Rocky Mountains.
Natalie Hicks, MS, OTR/L
Natalie Hicks graduated from the University Of North Dakota School Of Medicine with Bachelors in General Health Studies, then a Masters in Occupational Therapy. She is originally from North Dakota but lived in California for a year and practiced in a pediatric outpatient clinic, DG Therapy Inc. She recently moved to Colorado Springs to pursue her career with an interest in outpatient orthopedic care. She has been married over a year to her husband Ben who is a native to Colorado Springs and is finishing Physician Assistant School in California. She enjoys learning new techniques to introduce into therapy and spending time with friends and family.
Natalie Keen, PTA
Born in Columbus, Texas and graduated from Texas State University with a BA in Communications. Natalie decided to return to school and obtain a degree in Physical Therapy. In 2000, she became a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. This position has been a blessing to her and she enjoys each of her co-workers and serving the community through professional health care.
Srijana Shrestha, PTA
Srijana Shrestha, moved from Nepal to pursue higher education. After completing a Bachelors in Health Science and an Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapy from Oklahoma, she moved to Colorado in 2011. She loves the beautiful peaks of Colorado and loves to hike new places with her husband Sailesh, friends and FUR baby Hunter. Srijana believes Physical Therapy helps patients to get a better quality of life for everyday activity, work or sports and prevent recurrence of future injury.
Michael Komrofski, PTA
Michael was raised in Colorado Springs, CO and has lived in the state for all of his life. He is a big sports fan and still actively participates in: Ice hockey, softball, golf and snowboarding. Michael also enjoys watching his family play in the many different sports that they play. Michael has always been interested in sports and that is how he got into the field of Physical Therapy.
Michael received his bachelors degree in Kinesiology-Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Northern Colorado and worked in the fitness industry for the past 15 years as certified Personal Trainer. Michael always has enjoyed working with people and helping them reach their health and fitness goals. Michael went back to school at Pima Medical Institute in Denver to receive his certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Michael has been working at Dynamic Physical Therapy since he graduated in April 2014.
Rodalyn Reyes, PTA
Rodalyn Reyes is a Physical Therapist Assistant who graduated from Pueblo Community College May 2014. She has also completed a Bachelors of Science in Biology from Colorado State University- Pueblo. She has four years of experience in the acute rehab setting as a Rehab Tech and decided to become a Physical Therapist Assistant to further her aspirations to help people recover from various injuries and medical situations. She was inspired to pursue a career in Physical therapy when her grandmother suffered a stroke and she helped with her physical therapy sessions. Rodalyn has been married for 2 years and enjoys hiking with her husband.
